2022 Weingudt Wolf Maah Schuerebe Habtrocken Club 750ml

The Maah (translates to Baa in English) continues Berhardt Wolf’s "wine in sheep's clothing" motif by presenting this beautifully balanced semi-dry white wine. Flavors of blackcurrant, grapefruit and elderflower emanate from the complex combonation of sweetness and dry acidity. A very versatile wine that pairs well with anything from spicy asian cuisine to a seafood bisque.

The Schuerebe grape came about in the early 20th century as a cross between Reisling and Silvaner by Dr Goerg Scheu. The result is a wine that subtly morphs in flavor and aroma with each sip.
